What I Offer
Proficient at leading borrowers through signing mortgage documents in a timely, error-free, manner. My mobile office is equipped to process loan signings in a variety of settings.
Your clients successful mortgage closing is my number one priority. I’ll steward them through the process with congeniality, professionalism and grace. We’ll probably even have a few laughs along the way. Oh — and cookies, too!
Refinance Closing
Replacing a current mortgage with a new one, typically to obtain more favorable terms: interest rate, a shorter term loan, or access home equity.
Purchase Closing
Financing options for people purchasing a home as their primary residence. These loans are typically paid back in 15 or 30 years with fixed interest rates.
Reverse Mortgage Closing
Loan designed for those 62-plus as a means to access home equity without making payments. The lender is paid back when the owner sells the home.
HELOC Closing
Revolving line of credit secured by the home’s equity. Borrowers access funds as needed, up to a certain limit, paying interest only on the amount borrowed.
Sellers Package Closing
A homeowner sells their home without real estate agent or third party assistance. Loan documents need to be generated, signed and notarized.
Loan Modification Closing
Changes to the original terms of a mortgage, typically to make payments more affordable: Lowering interest rates, extending term or lowering the principle.
